Your Pulse+IT website username is your email address.

"But which one of my email addresses?" may be your next question! 

The Pulse+IT website will display the following warning message if the username (i.e. your email address) is not in our system when you try to log in.

The Pulse+IT website will provide a different error message if the username does exist in the system, but your password is incorrect, as follows:

If none of your email addresses allow you to log in to the Pulse+IT website, it is likely you do not have subscriber access to the site.

NB: As outlined in this FAQ, Pulse+IT website access requires a paid subscription and having a Pulse+IT eNewsletter subscription (free) does not, by itself, entitle you to log into the website.
